Power
Ameren Energy provides multiple feeds to the building, with a current availability of 8MW. Ameren can supply an additional 7.5MW within 12 months and another 20MW within 14 months, totaling 35.5MW in the near term. Additional power expansion capacity is available based on end users' requirements.
Fiber
Numerous fiber providers are available.
On-site Meet-Me-Room (MMR) Condition
The shell data center suite is in an open floor condition.
Equipment
Ample space is available for exterior equipment, including generators, fuel storage, and cooling.

The Globe Building is a premier carrier-hotel data center building, fed by Ameren’s largest substation in St. Louis, offering access to numerous high-speed fiber providers. It features floor loads of up to 250 lbs PSF and access to freight elevators with a capacity of 7,500 lbs. The building has updated on-site Ameren power, fed by three diverse 13,800 V transmission feeds connected via an automatic transfer switch. Additionally, it offers on-site security, covered loading docks, areas for additional generators and transformers, and four diverse fiber points of entry.
